Professional experience

Serving as a Marketing Associate and Graphic Designer at BWE Investment Sales’ Cleveland office since summer of 2022, Meghan is responsible for various design tasks related to marketing and promotion of multifamily properties. She specializes in crafting tailored marketing packages for both potential and new property listings. Her expertise spans various multifamily property types, with a primary focus on manufactured housing, Class A, and value-add multifamily assets. In her role, she not only develops comprehensive marketing packages but also designs essential collateral materials to enhance new property deals. This includes creating impactful email blasts and engaging social media graphics, all aimed at promoting these listings effectively.

Prior to BWEIS, Meghan gained experience in the real estate industry as a loan processor with CrossCountry Mortgage, collaborating with underwriters, title companies, insurance agents, and other financial institutions to assist customers in securing single family real estate loans. Before entering the real estate industry, Meghan worked in package and catalog design at Supply Side USA, a B2B company in the packaging and storage supply industry.

Outside of her professional life, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and going to the beach. She also has hobbies in baking and painting. Meghan is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, holding a B.A. in Digital Media & Design and Digital Marketing.
